Reading through Pandas documentation to work out a problem. I like it when code doesn’t work – sometimes! Advertisements

## Day 18: #100DaysOfCode 2019

Posting this a day late. Took a detour into a course on Pluralsite about the Apollo 11 codebase. It’s an absolute delight, and only takes 30 minutes to view! Heres the link: https://app.pluralsight.com/library/courses/moon-landing-apollo-11/table-of-contents Enjoy!

## Day 16: #100DaysOfCode 2019

Finished the first chapter of #DataCamp’s course: Data Science Toolbox Part 2. Its a free chapter with exercises using iterators and iterables in #Python. I’ve been looking at a few other courses also, to decide what to work on next. I’ve a few options: Udacity’s Secure and Private AI scholarship Kaggle’s Intro to Machine Learning […]

## Day 15: #100DaysOfCode 2019

Python iterators revision with #DataCamp – 1 hour + this morning. I took a leap with the Deep Learning with PyTorch course, and I’m giving that a rest today.

## Day 14: #100DaysOfCode 2019

Completed chapter 2 of Deep Learning with PyTorch. This.stuff.is.hard!

## Day 11: #100DaysOfCode 2019

#DataCamp: Deep Learning with PyTorch – Loss Functions. This stuff is really advanced, but I’m starting to grasp the concepts. I’ll keep going with this chapter, as I’m 60% there.

## Day 8: #100DaysOfCode 2019

30 minutes of Activation functions in PyTorch with #DataCamp. I’m pressing ahead with this course for now. It’s pretty theory heavy, but working through the exercises will help me learn the concepts of Deep Learning first. The theory and math under the hood I can dive into later.

## Day3: #100DaysOfCode 2019

It’s 07:05, and I’m done: 50 minutes of Lambda functions in Python with #DataCamp. No music this early, as the house is nice and quiet. Better let the cat back in!

## Day 1: #100DaysOfCode 2019

And I’ve begun! I’m halfway through DataCamp’s Python Data Science Toolbox (Part1). I took out a 1 year subscription in January, and I’m finding the interactive exercises are good for revision and quick bursts of coding. As I progress in this 100DaysOfCode, I’ll give my Udacity Secure and Private AI Scholarship Challenge my best shot. […]

## #100DaysOfCode 2019

I’m back in the wagon. My last attempt at #100DaysOfCode went south about halfway through. Looking back at last year – I was trying to learn too much at once. Studying a postgraduate course in Data Analytics with Python, and a Front-end web development Nanodegree with Udacity at the same time, meant I was spread […]
